Tyler Collet, PGA, Taylor Collins, PGA and Alan Morin, PGA named the 2023 Rolex Section, Women’s and Senior Player of the Year, respectively.
Determined by a season-long points race, the South Florida PGA Section honors a Section, Women’s and Senior Player of the Year.
Since joining the South Florida PGA Section in 2018, Collet has consistently been one of the best players in the Section. The Assistant Professional at John’s Island Club now adds back-to-back Rolex Player of the Year titles to his growing resume. Collet’s 1,397 points is over 300 points better than second place finisher, Jeremy Wells, PGA of Cypress Lake Golf Club.

After securing a start at the Puerto Rico Open, courtesy of his South Florida PGA Professional Championship win, the Player of the Year honor also gives Collet a bid into the Classic of the Palm Beaches.
In the women’s race, Collins won her first South Florida PGA Women’s Section Championship to secure her second Women’s Player of the Year honor in the last three years.
A PGA Teaching Professional at Coral Ridge Country Club, Collins became a Class-A Member in the South Florida Section in 2018.
