Three SFPGA Professionals to Compete in 2015 Senior PGA Championship

This week, three South Florida PGA Professionals will compete in the 2015 Senior PGA Championship presented by KitchenAid at the Dye Course at French Lick Resort in French Lick, IN. Gene Fieger, Steve Madsen and Lee Rinker finished in the Top-35 of the 2014 Senior PGA Professional National Championship in November, which earned them a spot in this week’s Senior PGA Championship.

Gene Fieger , PGA Director of Golf at Hideout Golf Club finished T11 in the 2014 Senior PGA Professional National Championship and took home first place in 2013. Fieger will be competing in his third Senior PGA Championship. Lee Rinker, PGA Director of Golf at Emerald Dunes Golf Club will be competing in his fifth Senior PGA Championship. Lastly, Steve Madsen, PGA Life Member of Jupiter will be competing in his first Senior PGA Championship.

The first round will begin Thursday, May 21st. Gene Fieger will tee off at 12:50, Lee Rinker at 2:20 and Steve Madsen at 2:45. Good luck to Gene, Lee and Steve. To follow their progress throughout the event, click here.
